Super dependable and extremely transparent, the mechanic who helped me, Henry, was fantastic. I’m happy that I have a mechanic that I feel comfortable bringing my car to on a regular basis for good quality service.

You did a good job on my Mustang and I was given some good advice that may help the underlying problem with the engine. My only disappointment was that your best guy to handle my car couldn't work on it for a full day. Until I finalize purchasing a second car I will need to wait before bringing the Mustang back to make further improvements.

I was in need of an oil change before hitting the road recently. Late Saturday afternoon was a tough call for any shop to fit me in, but we were leaving for home on Monday. I read 5 Star reviews on Future Auto Services and gave them a call. If I could be there within 15 minutes, they could squeeze me in before closing. I was on it! Professional service, multi point inspection, and top notch service products. Very courteous front desk check-in and detailed descriptions regarding the multi point inspection notes. Highly recommend this Service Center for your automotive needs. Big THANK YOU to this shop!!!

I came for an oil change and both Ashley and Mike were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and when every other company I had tried to call actually refused to service my 2016 Maserati, this team took me right in, performed all actions I had agreed upon first, and my car was done even earlier then the estimated time given. These guys have been my neighbors for 10 years and I’ve never had to use them, but I sent many clients there. Recently, though my car was hit and I needed someone to repair it. I didn’t know that they worked with different insurance companies. I actually never asked that question and because I lease my car I thought I needed to go through the dealership or something, but it turns out I could work with them and I’m so glad I did. They were great. Of course they worked directly with my insurance. They took care of all the repairs quickly and they also saved me some money on some parts, which was wonderful. So no matter what you need for your car go check them out they’re incredibly fair and I think they are a much needed service in Burbank.

Brought in my 2007 Honda Accord in to replace a leaky power steering line. It was nearly at 200k miles, and was already on its last legs. Unfortunately the engine had an unrelated catastrophic failure at the shop. Obviously, not an ideal situation. There was a lot of opportunity for fingers to be pointed, and I think most shops in the area would have dealt with the situation poorly. But I gotta tell you, there's a reason Future Auto is still getting a 5-star review even though I left without a car: Mike. This was an INCREDIBLY stressful situation, but his professionalism, honesty, and empathy was absolutely clutch. His communication was unparalleled. He answered every question I had, sent photos and videos while their team was investigating the failure, and legitimately explored my own theories. Even after it was clear my engine was toast, he went the extra mile and sourced potential replacement engines they could install. I opted against that, and they did what they could to help me out on the overall cost of the service they had performed before the failure. Ultimately, my car left on a flatbed. But when my next car has an issue, I know where I'm taking it.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, Jay. We know this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing situation, and your trust in our team despite the outcome means more than we can say. We’re especially grateful for your kind words about Mike. I keep going back to service all my cars mainly because of the great job they do, and the Great people that have become friends. It feels like checking into a 5 star hotel when I arrive to have something as simple as adding a quart of oil or simply checking my tire air pressure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
